ZEDOC is a digital health outcomes platform built purposefully for patient-generated health data collection and value-based insights generation. Operating within existing clinical workflows, ZEDOC is tightly integrated with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and communicates with patients remotely to enable the collection of: Subjective health outcomes data ⇒ clinically validated patient-reported outcome and experience measures (PROMs/PREMs). Objective health outcomes data ⇒ biometric data collected from conventional and wearable medical devices. The collection of objective and subjective outcomes data generates very powerful patient-centred insights that providers and payers can use to improve health outcomes and care delivery while containing costs.
