This 3-hour workshop is designed to help participants reduce stress through mindful art practices. It will provide a calming and reflective environment where participants can create art mindfully, focusing on the process rather than the outcome. Activities: • Introduction to Mindful Art Creation • Guided Art Exercises • Group Reflection and Sharing Target Audience: • General Public, Artists, Educators, Healthcare Professionals – registration will be done prior to the workshop through VCU arts Qatar.
