Starting the day with a Tai Chi session can help create a peaceful and balanced mindset, enhancing focus and promoting a sense of calm and well-being that lasts throughout the day. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and flat shoes, allowing for ease of movement and a more immersive experience. This Session is complementary.
