Ms. Shaima Al Husseini

Shaima is the Managing Director of the Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA), a role she has held since 2019. In this position, Shaima has led the design and implementation of a mass participation strategy for Saudi Arabia, aligning with the goals of Vision 2030. Under her leadership, physical activity levels have increased from 16% to 40%, surpassing the national targets for Vision 2030. Before joining the SFA, Shaima was an academic faculty member in the Education Sector in Saudi Arabia. She also established and managed the Social Responsibility Department at the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh. Shaima has been a prominent voice in thought leadership, participating in panels and conferences ton inclusive program development, including events organized by UNESCO, the United Nations, EXPO 2020, and the Women Leaders Global Forum. She currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Arab Sports for All Federation and is a board member of the Saudi Arabian Olympic Academy, the Saudi Golf Federation, and the International Sport For All Federation (FISPT). Shaima holds an Executive MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland and a Master’s degree from Boston University.
