A number of therapies – primarily for cancer – have shown unparalleled clinical benefit, while countless trials are showing promise for the treatment of a wide range of conditions. However, we are far from unlocking the full potential of this field, which could have a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of millions of citizens across the globe.
