iSono Health is pioneering a new era of accessible and personalized breast cancer screening with ATUSA, the world’s first FDA-cleared, AI-powered, portable, and automated 3D ultrasound platform. Designed as a “virtual sonographer,” ATUSA enables any medical assistant to capture high-quality breast images at the point of care, with the cognitive expertise embedded in the system’s AI and software. Our initial focus on breast imaging addresses a critical gap, especially for women with dense breast tissue, and brings breast ultrasound closer to every woman through our unique Ultrasound-as-a-Service (USaaS) model. As a seed-stage company, we have raised $7.7M in equity financing and secured $3.7M in NIH, NCI, and NSF grants, with recent funding from the NIH matching grant program. Following our first pilot installation, we are now fundraising to scale our manufacturing, drive commercialization, and pursue FDA clearance for our AI capabilities. With a robust pipeline of ~600 customers, we are ready to unlock significant growth and impact. iSono Health has been recognized by top accelerators and programs, including Y Combinator, Texas Medical Center Accelerator, Plug & Play, Rosenman Innovator, and Rosenman RISE.
