In partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Harvard University, and Save the Children, WISH published a special policy briefing and held a panel discussion to explore innovative policies, programs, and services to improve the quality and accessibility of care for mothers and newborns.
Following participation in this panel discussion, the Panamanian Ministry of Health has committed to putting the Forum report into practice by taking concrete steps to improve its prenatal and neonatal mortality care in hard-to-access areas.
