The World Innovation Summit for Health (WISH), an initiative of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), will host its seventh edition of WISH in Doha on November 13 and 14, 2024. Across two days, more than 3,000 health policy makers, innovators, entrepreneurs, researchers and practitioners will convene at Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) to look for innovative solutions to some of the world’s biggest health challenges. This year, WISH has partnered with the World Health Organization to develop three WHO-led collaborative research projects, generating evidence-based reports for in-depth discussion at the summit. These reports will focus on topics needing the urgent attention of the global health community, underscoring a joint commitment to improve policy and practice. Additionally, local and international partners will work with WISH to develop reports for the summit on a range of issues in areas such as health systems, ethics, physical health, and mental health. This year’s summit will explore a wide range of topics that deal with some of the world’s greatest health challenges, including Covid-19. At the core of WISH 2020 will be panel discussions based around topics for which WISH has commissioned reports authored by leading experts in their field.

انعقدت القمة العالمية الثانية للابتكار في مجال الصحة (ويش) في 17-18 فبراير 2015 في مركز قطر الوطني للمؤتمرات (QNCC). تم إنشاء سبعة منتديات لـ WISH 2015. وترأس كل منتدى خبير معترف به في مجاله قاد مجموعة عمل من الخبراء من الحكومة والأوساط الأكاديمية والصناعة. في القمة ، نشر كل منتدى وقدم تقريرًا مفصلاً يستهدف صانعي السياسات والمبتكرين في مجال الرعاية الصحية والذي حدد الحلول وقدم توصيات قائمة على الأدلة. وفي الوقت نفسه ، قدم معرض تفاعلي في القمة نظرة ثاقبة لابتكارات الرعاية الصحية المتطورة.

في 10 و 11 ديسمبر 2013 ، أطلقت مؤسسة قطر للتربية والعلوم وتنمية المجتمع القمة العالمية للابتكار في الصحة (ويش) في مركز قطر الوطني للمؤتمرات. اجتمع جمهور مميز من صناع القرار والمؤثرين من جميع أنحاء العالم لمناقشة الحلول العملية والدائمة والمبتكرة لتحديات الرعاية الصحية العالمية. هذا الحدث رفيع المستوى ، والذي خلف عام 2012 قمة السياسة الصحية العالمية في لندن ، جمعت رؤساء دول ووزراء وكبار المسؤولين الحكوميين وأكاديميين وقادة أعمال مؤثرين. تتماشى مهمة ويش بشكل وثيق مع رؤية سمو الشيخة موزا بنت ناصر ، رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة قطر، ويمثل التزامها المستمر برفع معايير الرعاية الصحية على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي.
