Join us for enjoyable fitness and wellness classes that enrich both your mind and body! Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes:
  • 10 minutes of dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for exercise.
  • 25 minutes of engaging HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) with a beginner-friendly ratio of 1:1 (30 seconds of training followed by 30 seconds of rest), focusing on bodyweight exercises.
  • 25 minutes of recovery yoga to enhance flexibility and promote relaxation.
