Andy Hunt is the CEO of Podium Analytics, a leading NGO and charity specializing in sports injury prevention research and addressing some of the biggest player welfare challenges in sport at every level.

Previously, he served as CEO of World Sailing, the international governing body for the sport, and CEO of the British Olympic Association. He was also Chef de Mission for Team GB at the Vancouver 2010 and London 2012 Olympic Games, leading Team GB to their most successful summer Olympics ever.

Hunt currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Middlesex County Cricket Club and is a member of the Rugby Players Association (RPA) Welfare Advisory Board and the DCMS Concussion in Sport Innovation and Technology Panel (ITP).

His previous roles include Non-Executive Director of the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, England Hockey and Gloucester Rugby, Special Adviser to Commonwealth Games England, and Chair of the ASOIF Commercial Advisory Group.
