Mr. Praveen Paranjothi

Praveen Paranjothi is a seasoned startup and venture capital investor with over 15 years of experience across European, U.S., and Indian markets. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pinegray Partners, a leading advisory firm in venture capital and private markets, and Newnex, a pioneering co-investment and syndication platform for institutional VC and LP investors. Praveen is a 2x founder, worked at leading investment firms including the European sovereign fund, European Investment Fund, and Siemens Pensions, and he has led over $500 million venture capital LP, co-investments, and direct investments. Praveen has also served on over 15 venture capital advisory boards, and brings deep expertise in advising and consulting VCs, asset managers, family offices and scaleups on effective venture and growth-capital investing and scaling. Praveen holds an MBA from HEC Paris and UC Berkeley, a Master’s in Engineering from UAS, Darmstadt, Germany, and has been recognized as an EU-India 40 under 40 leader.
