WISH Participates in First WHO Ministerial Conference on Dementia

12 March 2015: Following the recent publication of our WISH report ‘A Call To Action: The Global Response to Dementia through Policy Innovation’, Mr Egbert Schillings, CEO of WISH, will be attending WHO’s first ever Ministerial Conference on Global Action Against Dementia.

Taking place on 16 and 17 March 2015 in Geneva, the conference will bring together ministers from around the world, as well as experts from research, clinical and NGO communities for the first time to discuss the global problems posed by dementia. This significant milestone highlights the increased significance of Dementia and the need for global collaboration and innovation to tackle the causes, cures and costs associated with this growing disease.
